WDW parking for a DVCer with disabilities..

I will be @ WDW for all the X-mas events in Dec..but..this time staying off-site.

Question please:

Will my DVC Membership card, or, disability card allow me to free parking @ the theme parks????

The only info I can find concerns "resort" valet parking...which is free and I guess for the 3 hrs visits or ressies.

The DVC card only gives free parking if you are staying at a WDW resort on points.

The handicapped parking permit doesn't give any discounts or free parking at the parks (only allows you to park in the handicapped spots legally once you are in the lot).

Valet parking is free to people with handicapped parking permits (most likely because they don't really have enough close in parking for handicaps).
