WDW on the History Channel

I saw one of the most interesting shows on Walt Disney World a few weeks ago. It was a show called: 'Modern Marvels - Walt Disney World', and it aired on the History Channel.
It talks about Walt Disney and his dreams and it shows the construction of each of the four parks and facts, photos and things some of us may never have known or seen before.
If you ever see it being aired again, watch it. I was intrigued.

That is an interesting show. I had it on my DVR for a long time, but the box went on the fritz and we had to get a new one.

It's available from Blockbuster.com too, but there always seems to be a long wait for it. Go figure!

The DVD of it is also available for purchase on Amazon.com. Its price there is $18.99 ($24.95 is its retail price), but they are also selling used/new ones starting from $16.24 as of 9/2/06 9:18 AM.

I had this saved on DVR since they played it on Christmas DAY 2005! But when our cable box went cookoo, we had to get a new box and no more Modern Marvels. My hubby bought the DVD for me from amazon! It's a great show!

The Travel Channel is showing "Behind The Scenes" from 2:00 - 3:00 and Disney cruise Line from 3:00 - 4:00 tomorrow. House-O-Mouse time I guess? See link below.

I want to see that so bad. We watched one about making of everest and I love the food network specials. Those things just get the kids pumpped about the trip. If you think about it all this is such a huge thing.

My grandma just passed away and I found an original 965 life magazine with Disney in it. It is pretty cool to see.

It looks like the Travel Channel is going to have 3 hours of Disney on starting at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10th. Behind the Scenes, Disney Cruise and I can't remember the third thing.

The modern marvels episode on Disney is fantastic! Flipping through channels at 1 in the am I happened upon it and really enjoyed it. That is one that I will have to get and watch again!
