We are taking our second trip to WDW since our daughter started the ketogenic diet. Anyone else here been to Disney with someone on this diet?
(Our daughter eats 4 meals, each exactly 230 calories and 86% fat, at 8, 12, 4 and 7. The meals are mostly heavy cream and either oil, butter or mayo -- with a small amt of meat and a vegetable. We have to weigh them on a scale accurate to 0.1 gram and usually prepare the whole week's meals the day we get there. We measure the cream each morning. (We have to use the home-away-from-home resorts.) It takes her about 3-4 minutes to eat and she's usually hungry after which makes it difficult in restaurants. She snacks on ice. We bring the noon meal to the park. We've used the fridges in the park clinics but find that the meals keep ok in a soft cooler with blue ice. She eats the 4pm meal at the condo after her nap and the evening meal at the park or wherever.)
Anyway, just wondering if anyone on this forum has had experience with this and any suggestions.
