OK, reading another post on the boards brings up a question for me.

My MIL gave my DD a pair of pjs for Christmas that she purchased at the Beach Club gift shop. Well, they were adult size 10/12 not kid size (not sure what she was thinking but we won't go there :confused3 ). I figured we were out of luck. There was no gift receipt with it and asking for one is out.

Well, now my DH and DD are going for an unexpected trip next weekend. Would they be able to take the pjs back to BC and exchange for something kid sized? Not looking to return just exchange for something DD can use. We have no receipt but all tags and box are still intact.

Anyone out there with an answer? Is there somewhere to call and ask or is this a case of try it and see what they say?
 
I would just call the resort, ask for the gift shop, and ask them directly.

I have to say that Disney merchandising in the resorts seem tobend over backward for guests! We purchased a ring for DD9 at the Poly gift shop in June. Not super expensive, $20. Her first ring that was actually sized not adjustable. Well, a few months back we noticed that the center stone (it was a mickey head with three stones) was missing. She was heartbroken. I dropped it in my makeup bag, didn't think anything else about it. After seeing a post on here with an email address for problems with merchandise I emailed them. They were very nice but said for replacement I needed the SKU number from the receipt. Right, like I have that sitting around! On our trip to the YC last week I asked the clerk at th eYC gift shop about the SKU number, DD had seen the same type rings there. The lady referred mr to the manager. She asked if the same color was there now, Kelly found it. SHe asked if I had the ring with me, I actually did in the room. We brought it down the next morning and they did a direct swap, no paperwork or questions! She is ecstatic :cloud9: The email address that I used was:
