hey,i am going to WDW in october and it's been a while since my last trip...we are looking for restauraunts for all of the meals and sooo far we know that we are eating @ chef mickey's and whispering canyons for dinner and khona cafe for one of our breakfasts...does anyone have any other ideas?? :)

I  Chef Mickey's. That is a really good place, we're going there in Augest!

Anyways, I recommend Rainforest Cafe. The atmosphere in there is so cool! Also, get the volcano, that was the best dessert I have EVER eaten in the history of ever!

Another good one is Spoodles, on the Boardwalk. When I stayed at BWV, we went to Spoodles for dinner one night and it is wonderful there!

I haven't been to 50's prime time cafe in a while, but it is really fun in there! http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/menuoutput.cfm
^Thats info and menu and stuff, since I forget all that

Also Ohana's me and my family loved. The food was really good and has a really fun atmosphere!

For atmosphere you should hit Sci-Fi Cafe & Ohana. For delicious food, definitely LeCellier (Canada-Epcot)

I love eating "around the world" at Epcot!

My faves for delicious food and great service:
-Le Cellier (Canada)
-Chefs de France (France, of course haha)
-Alfredo's (Italy)

I tottaly mention the rainforrest cafe!!!
but if you want to splurge on a kinda spendy meal, choose the coral reef restauraunt

My favorite places are Chef Mickey's and Prime Time Cafe! :)

...but if you're want a really fun/good place to get dessert or just a quick bite to eat try Beaches and Cream at The Beach Club Resort!

Le Cellier (Canada - Epcot) =
1900 Park Fare - Grand Floridian
Cape May Cafe - Yacht and Beach Club
Concourse Steakhouse - Contemporary
Spoodles - Boardwalk (Beware of giant Floridan bugs walking around on the floor, but great food! :rotfl2: )
ESPN Club - Boardwalk, really fun for a night after Epcot...loud and kinda crazy though, so only if you're in a peppy mood!
Electric Umbrella - Epcot...ok, so it's just another fast-food place, but for some reason I really like it there!

We were on the Disney Dining Plan this last time we went and we spent almost half the vacation eating.................................................

Hmmm...for atmosphere I would recommend the Biergarten in Germany in Epcot because they have a group of men dressed in hollerhozen (sp?) who yoodle, blow through those long horns, and play the bells (glockenspiel?). The food isn't bad either, and it's a buffet.

For fast food, I really like Pecos Bill Cafe in I think Adventureland in MK. It's mostly American food, but I love it!

I also like the Crystal Palace character breakfast because they have this awesome thing called Breakfast Lasagna. It doesn't have any noodles in it, but instead has poundcake or something. It's hard to describe, but it is sooo good!

Have fun on your trip!

You know Claire, we agree on almost everything, but I'm going to have to refute two of the three things you've said!

Pecos Bill Cafe, IMHO, smells SOOOO nasty that I don't ever want to eat there again! (I have a thing with smells, tho, so it's prolly just me).

And Crystal Palace is a beautiful place with great service, characters, and location. However, it is nosy and IMHO, most of the food is pretty nasty...I never eat much when I'm there. OH YES tho...make up a special occassion to go there for, because the cupcake I got for my graduation dinner was DELICIOUS!!!! :rotfl:

I really like character meals.

for breakfast, I like the Princess Storybook Breakfast in Epcot [Norway]. the food there is really good.

I love to go to the Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner, in the Magic Kingdom. The characters there are dressed in colonial clothing .

try to avoid eating at fast food as much as possible. anything that has REAL food will be good for you. there was one day we were about to kill each other we were so tired/hot and we wanted REAL FOOD.
