Hi.....just wondering if any of you have ever left your kids in the kids clubs at WDW? I'm thinking about trying Cub's Den at WL while my dh and I have dinner at Whispering Canyon. (yes, I know, very romantic, LOL....but I don't want to be too far from the kids...so I figure being in the same building is a good way to try it out). Opinions? Anyone have any experience w/the clubs? Thanks!

No, sorry haven't tried it...
DD is trying to talk us into letting her watch the kids while we eat dinner at Boatwrights (?) @ POR... Yeah, I don't think so sweetpea!! Love you dearly... but nope!

You could have a more romantic dinner at Artists Point (also in the same building). I haven't tried kids clubs though.

We have tried the one at the Beach Club Villas and the kids loved it. It was expensive and I think the older one only played video games but they both asked to go back.

We used Neverland Club at the Poly. The kids loved it!!! Every day after that they all wanted to go back. We had 5 boys ages 9, 6, 5, 4, 4. They were very nice, gave us a pager, DS6 is allergic to juice so they made sure that he had a bracelet on. They fed them, had video games, dress up clothes, movies, crafts, etc.....
Well worth the money to me, we went to DTD and a nice dinner with our friends and did some xmas shopping. It was also a very secure building, we couldn't even go inside to look, we could just peek through Wendy's window.

thanks for the replies...I'm glad to hear about some good experiences. We're staying at WL, so we could probably go & check it out beforehand, and if the kids (my ds, in particular!) didn't seem comfortable, we could skip it.

Rebecca--I thought about Artist Point, but if I'm paying for childcare, then I don't have that much $$ for dinner!! :rotfl: :rotfl: (that def would be more romantic though!)
