WDW Jobs - Please Help

Does anybody know what the people at front desks at WDW Resorts do as their job? When I get older, I want to work at the front desk in the lobby of the Grand Floridian.
Does anybody know what the people at the front desk do?
What is Guest Relations? Are they at the resorts too?

What are you describing?

I think people at the front desk at any hotel, Disney or not, do the same thing, take care of guests, checking them in, checking them out, answering questions and being helpful if they can. Guest Relations is more oriented to helping gusets, no with the checkin/out process.
