I would love to know if any members have been to WDW in February and what advice they would give for clothing.I,ve heard from some Americans that it gets quite chilly on an evening but would prefer to hear the views of UK visitors.
:cool1: :sunny: :umbrella: :cold: :confused3

We have been twice in early Feb - best advice on the weather is that it is normally mixed.

We have been lucky on both occasions - mostly it has been warm and sunny, some cool days but equally some really hot days too. Cool in the evenings and early mornings. Occasional rain, but on the whole a bit like typical Summer weather here (but WITHOUT the warm, light evenings). :sunny: :umbrella: :cloud9: :cold: :rotfl:

Warm enough to swim outside most days as long as there is pool heating.

Its our favourite time to go ; cheap prices, low crowds, not too hot & humid and cold in Britain ! :cloud9:

we have booked to go again 2006 but are going mid to end of Feb - I'm just a bit worried that this coincides with Presendent's Day (3rd Monday in Feb) as it is a kind of Bank Holiday I think - so I expect crowds will be higher that weekend (wish I'd realised before I booked but nevermind !). : :confused3

We went for the first two weeks last year... the first couple of days , I would describe as a nice spring day as you would get here.. light jackets, cardi type weather...but our 2 girls were complaining there hands were cold, so we ended up buying hats and gloves for them...the rest of the time it was lovely and warm not too hot...t.shirt weather ...apart from one day which was scor :sunny: ching
We had no rain although the forcast said it would every day?.....a bit of a mixed bag....oh and cooler in the evenings, but nothing like we get here
hope that helps :earsgirl:

Thank you.Seems like the perfect time to go as none of us are suited by extreme temps.
Our trip coincides with Presidents day ,which I assume is a Bank holiday in the US.Have you been there at this time?
:wave2:

We've been to WDW lots of times in February including this year. It's nice and warm compared to the UK and it's quite amusing that you are walking around in shorts and t-shirt whilst the Floridians are often wearing gloves et al.

When we landed in Gatwick on 21-Feb this year it was covered in snow and that brought us back to earth with a bump (not literally).

Its a great time to go, but try and get the trip in before presidents day, as that is a piublic holiday and it gets busier then (3rd weekend in Feb if IIRC).
