But I am going to try to order one from Disneyland...instead of WDW. It is important to me becaouse it really is DLR's 50th birthday...not WDW's. I guess in this case I am a purist!!

Actually it does, below Mickey Mouse it reads "Walt Disney World".

I kinda like the golden ears, but I think I'll stick with the regular black ears.

Yes you can get them embroidered. I didn't have the hat in front of me when I commented it didn't have WDW on it. Now that I have it here yes it does.

The Emporium at MK is where I bought mine. I was at MK today and a CM asked me where I bought the gold name badge.
