WDW foodies what counter service?

We normally are table service people but this trip we did lots of counter service becuase we have a one year old and a three year old who just weren't patient enough for table service.

Epcot -

England - fish and chips are good
Japan - my husband loved the combo terriakyi chicken/tempura shrimp and steak
Morroco is good
Mexico isn't too bad - I look the combo platter

AK - Yak and Yeti is my new fav counter service. The Kung Pao Beef is better than our local chinese and I love the egg rolls.
My huband loves the ribs at Flame Tree.

Magic Kingdom - Harbor House - this has been a long time fav counter service because I'm not a big fan of the table service in mk. They have chicken strips, fried fish, really good fries, clam chowder.

Cosmic Rays isn't bad - they have three "bays" where you can get chicken, burgers, or sandwiches. They only thing that is a pain is that you have to wait in three separate lines if you (or the kids) want different things.

Lots of good snacks things is all the parks too - dole whip in mk, crepes in Epcot, jalapeno stuffed pretezels in ak. We did a lot of snacking on this trip.

Sounds like there are some pretty good counter service options.:thumbsup2 I wrote down a list of good places to eat thanks to everyone who posted here on the dis. :thumbsup2 Thanks!

Many people don't go upstairs at the Columbia Harbor House. It is usually quieter up there, especially in the part that extends over the walkway. It's a great place to people watch as the crowds meander from Fantasyland to Liberty Square. At the Pinnochio House you can sit at the big windows overlooking It's a Small World and wave the boats off as they launch. The kids in the boats really seem to enjoy waving back!

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons in FW, Tangierine Cafe in WS

AK: Pizzafari's Italian sandwich

MK: Columbia Harbour, or Cosmic Ray's if you need more variety

DHS: nothing, really

Epcot: Kringla Bakeri og Kafe is great is you're like me and love smoked salmon :goodvibes ...also the baked goods (school bread!) are delicious.

AK: Flame Tree is the staple here for my family. I liked what I had (Kung Pao Beef) at Y&Y table service but the majority of comments here seem negative...

MK: Columbia Harbour House. The sandwhiches are very good and much lighter than most of the other CS options at MK.

DHS: I agree the food here leaves a lot to be desired, but I would recommend the Cuban Sandwich at ABC commissary.

DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express is very good, but on a budget I would recommend the Earl of Sandwhich. WPE is fairly expensive for CS and the Earl is quite good.
