WDW Discounts Currently Available for May: Am I right?

I'm wondersing if I could get some help (confirmation) from my DISer friends.

I'm looking at discounts for a moderate resort (Port Orleans Riverside, specifically) on May 12 or 13-18 (five or six nights).

As I understand it, the following discounts are currently available:
35 percent off room only (five nights or more).
$500 gift card for packages.

Am I right or is there more/less? We're coming from out of state, and are not involved in the military or schools (in order to get those discounts).

That's right! I got POR (which we love, BTW!!!!) for $133/night- not bad!

I just check disneyworld.com. Here are the nightly rates (before taxes) for a standard room at POR:

Fri, May 14 $ 120.25
Sat, May 15 $ 120.25
Sun, May 16 $ 110.50
Mon, May 17 $ 110.50

The total with taxes is $768.00
