WDW dining plan link?

wasnt there a link somewhere on here that listed what places(and choices) were included in the dining plan?I thought i saw it,,,but maybe not.Does Disney mail anyone a copy of this?i ask because I dont have aprinter.If they could mail that to me,,that would be great,,or if i could find that link.....I could just BOOKMARK it.i have dial up and WDW actual site as always sooooo sssllloooooowww to boot up on my crummy lil computer.

any link to a list of specific snack items, like actual food item names of the things we can get at various carts/restaurants.
