WDW dine we have a problem!

call to book our after fireworks party & the CM says sorry we don't have availability for that night, but ma'm im on the website, and it's showing open spots! so i click throughbooking on the website, but CM said it was booked solid so is this a common occurrence ?

Don’t know but this happened when I searched for a cL room.My agent could not see it but it was in my basket. If you clicked thru, it may be in your basket so it is not available to anyone else.

The CM had to actually put my reservation # in the system to show availability when I called to book with a gift card— even though we were well bellow 180 days. No idea why.
