wdw dine question

Can anyone give me a little advice ?

I am coming to OKW in May for 15 nights and I always try to book our meals in advance.

I have tried lots of times since Thursday afternoon , only to be told that WDW DINE are experiencing high call volumes.

I have held for up to 40 mins , but got nowhere.

I dread to think what our telephone bill will be next quarter as I am calling from England .

Is there a good time to try to get through ??

If you call MS they can book dining for you as well as accommodations.

P.S. ...I agree the WDW-Dine line has been horrible the last few times I called it! On our trip in Oct. we ended up booking most of our PS's through the front desk because every time I tried calling the dine line, I was on hold for 20mins or more and then would finally get frustrated and give up. I don't know why this seems to be such an ongoing problem
