"WDW-DINE" or CRO number for Cindy's?

Which is better for getting results on a Cindy breakfast? Should I call WDW-DINE (which is what they said to do in the article I found), or should I call CRO? (By the way, what's the number for CRO?)

It sounds like they both answer about the same time (a minute or so before the official opening time), but I'm guessing the number that less people use will get me through to a real person faster. Which number have you used with more success to get through to a real person in time? Has anyone tried both at the same time?

Both the CRO and Disney Club numbers will delay getting you the Dining group. It was mentioned in one thread that this delay could be as much as 12 seconds. Not much but it could be the difference in whether you get the PS or not.
