Calling it a night no earlier than 9 - EP open til midnight

10 day PH
3.5-4 on commando style
Based on your info, you got some nice power opps here to get alot done
When going to the rope drop in the middle of Main St. look for the Mayor, Fire Chief, and the Womans Club (from Mary Poppins) all nice photo opps, or you can ride a vehicle up to the castle, Dapper Dan's might be on board

When the rope drops I would get a FP for SM, then go to breakfast, after breakfast you should be able to get another FP, I would go for Buzz. Then do all the rides in that area.
Since you are not going to the parade's you might as well use it in your favor, go to AL or FL next pick up a FP for BCR or POC, do some rides while your waiting for FP to kick in I would do Tiki room , Country Bear, Hall of Pres, anything that you don't really have to wait on line for

When the afternoon parade happens, it's time to step it up, hit the line rides (most will be at the Parade, something that was a 40min wait might be 5 or 10)
I know you said you were planning on doing something at Epcot, if you leave after the parade (if it is at 3) you will have around 2hrs to kill before dinner
After dinner I would get a FP for Peter Pan ( this line is always crazy long) and hit some rides in the FL area that are not long, when the night parade starts, you should be able to walk on SW, Pooh, Snow & Huanted House, before the Fireworks start get out of the park, beat the crowd and be back to room close to the time you wanted to turn in, with MK for the most part completed, without killing yourselves

What you do after a rope drop, and the ride down time during parades & fireworks can make a world of difference and save tons of time
