Postively packed. The busiest week of the year. You really need to have a very high level of patience to visit WDW that week. If you do go, arrive at the parks very early...before opening and do as much as you possibly can in that first hour. FP will help you early in the day, but by early afternoon they run out on many attractions. EMH will be packed....I'd avoid those parks.
If there's any other week that you can possibly go....go then. If you're looking to experience the Christmas Decorations go around the second week of December if you can.....
