Room, tickets, dining are paid for. Here are the extras I can think of, what am I forgetting?

Gas and food for drive (no hotel needed)
souveniers
tips
sea racers (somethingthe boys would like to do this trip)
horseback riding (something dd and I want to do this trip)
extra snacks/drinks (just in case)
food for breakfasts at cabin

No stroller this trip.

Looks pretty good. We always like to have a small "What the Heck" fund with us. For times like a sick kid and you have to go to an ER because you are out of town or you end up with a flat or (in our case once) your alternator goes out going down a GA highway at 3 in the morning....good times (not!)

It is nice to have that cash allocated so that we aren't later saying "We can't do this or eat here" because we spent that money on the catastrophe. Or, worse, going into debt for it and then thinking about that $$ the whole trip.

We joke that every time we vacation there will be one thing come at us from out of nowhere and once whatever it is has happened we can breathe a sigh of relief and know it's smooth sailing from there on out.

That's a good point, I'll put some aside for that as well.
