WDW Birthday Ideas for 5 Year Old

We'll be celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday at Disney this May. I heard that the parks and some resorts take special steps to acknowledge birthdays. Any suggestions on special ways to celebrate the big day or make sure that everyone who can make the day happier knows? We'll be staying in a Fort Wilderness Cabin - anyone know whether they do anything special at FW?

My dd will be 5 in May as well. Someone suggested to me getting a Birthday Button at City Hall at MK, so she can get some extra attention. I am also doing a character breakfast. I was also considering sending a birthday candy basket to the room. Can't help with FW, but I hope these ideas help.
