WDW before or after cruise?

We have done it both ways and enjoyed both WDW and the Cruise so much more by going to WDW first. The first cruise we did 4 days at WDW, the we did the cruise and went back to WDW for a couple of days. It was just too much and I'm a Disney Fanatic.

Last time we went to WDW for a week before doing the cruise. When the cruise was over we headed home rested. It seemed to work out much better for us. With that said if I was 20 years younger I may have a different opinion.

I would recommend going to WDW before the cruise so when you get on the ship you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the cruise until the end.

We've done it both ways, though never both on the same cruise. This year we're heading down early to WDW so my DGS can see the Christmas show over at the Marketplace, cruising over Christmas, and then doing 3 more days at WDW. This way we get Christmas and our anniversary doing Disney. We'll head home on NYE and get a day or two to rest before heading back to work and school.
