The best place to get beer... is Biergarten in Germany/Epcot. It is great tasting draft beer for those of us looking for something more rich with flavor than Bud Light.... Outside, you can buy a tall beer in a souvenir plastic mug. But inside, the beer is served in a VERY BIG glass mug. I mean BIG! Nothing better than enjoying some German food and music... with a VERY BIG mug of beer... OK.. 2 mugs.... welllllll maaayyybbbbeeee theeeeeeee........ Okaaayyyyy..... cut me offff.....

You guys are both right. They list Anchor Steam, but don't note that it's available at California Grill. http://beersandears.net/disneybeers/anchor-steam/

Perhaps someone should use their website or Twitter to advise them. I'm sure they'd be happy to receive contributions from their users.

So happy to find this thread. My husband wants to have dinner at the Biergarten just so he can have his favorite Schoeferhoefer Weizen. We can't get it here and he misses it from our Germany days.

There are many choices at World Showcase but they are essentially lagers that represent the most popular products sold in each country ie. the Bud of "insert country name". I'm not impressed with any of the beers at Germany now the the Radeberger group has replaced Spaten/Franziskaner (all are pretty bland examples of their styles)...and you can't even find the old standby Sam Adams Boston Lager anymore - they only offer the seasonal - this was my WS beer bargain recommendation since they were charging $6.25 plus tax vs 8 bucks for everything non-Bud at all the other beer carts. A long way still to go to get easily accessible (ie. not having to dine at Le Cellier) high quality choices at Disney. And although Raglan has many choices on tap there's really nothing worth drinking (the bottle list is better but the Stone AB I had was very stale).

Scott, this sounds like a neat app and one I would like to check out. As a pp asked is this available for droids? I didn't see it in the shop so if it isn't available are there any plans for a Droid version?

as for good beers, I enjoy the ones in Canada. there is a really good one but I don't remember the name of it, I will have to look it up.
