WDW BCV license plate

I was over at the bcv the other day and I noticed this plate and wondered who owned it from OHIO.

Can't speak for that one, but I have DVC BCV from North Royalton, Oh. That is a southern suburb of Clevleland.

I was there too (first two weeks of July) and I saw the same plate! I thought it was sooo cool! I was the RI VIBE parked a couple over from that plate!
