I'm not sure where to post this question. My friend and I are going for a five night "girls only" trip to Orlando at the end of September. I am only in the beginning stages of planning (yeah, my friend lets me control, er, I mean plan everything) We are tentatively staying at AKL and either Portofino or Royal Pacific at Universal. I love FOTL at Universal, and we are thinking of only doing MGM and EPCOT at WDW. Should I do two nights at AKL and 3 nights at Universal, or the other way around (since FOTL lets you see so much quickly). I am a WDW vet, but we plan on enjoying wine flights at EPCOT World Showcase and I still want to do Future World side. Is one full day (with a break halfway) enough time to really enjoy EPCOT, or should we do two full days? (this will be more expensive for us as the 2-5 tickets is a great deal with Universal) Do you think Royal Pacific would be a let down from AKL (I know Portofino wouldn't be) Thanks for all the help. I just love planning vacations.

I would stay at Disney 3 nights & Universal 2. By staying 2 nights at Universal, you get 3 days of the FOTL. As far as a full day at Epcot, depending on how crowded it is... I have been there & not gotten everything I wanted to do done in one day.. As far as a let down at the RPR after staying at AKL.... I don't think you will be let down. I have never stayed at the AKL but have been in it & have been in the room. I have stayed at the RPR 2 times & it was very nice....comming from the Poly and going to the RPH would be a let down for me...but not from AKL
