I would call Undercovertourist and let them know you haven't received them yet, and explain we just had a postal strike and you're worried you won't receive your tickets in time. I don't know if it's possible, but maybe they can cancel the ones they sent and mail new tickets to your resort? I believe their office is in Florida.
Quick update, I got the tickets after only a few days, a full week before we have to leave.
