Just wanted to share that we had a very positive experience dining at WDW for a week with food allergies. My dh is allergic to shellfish and ds is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts.

For table service restaurants we had eaten at Boma's, Whispering Canyon and Akershaus Royal Banquet Hall. Other than that we ate at counter service restaurants (except for breakfast, we ate in our room every day- we had packed 3 big boxes of cereal in our suitcases, acrylic bowls and plastic spoons and bought milk at the resort !!)

It was a very good experience :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Disney is #1 for dealing with food allergies - my ds' has allergies to tree nuts and coconut and they were great about it.

That is so good to know. My sister is allergic to all nuts, fish and seafood, bananas, peas and a few more things. I hope we can go to WDW within the next couple of years.:)

We found Boma's to be outstanding in dealing with allergies. I am allergic to fish and eggs and they were great.
