WDW after hours (Magic Kingdom)

Has anyone recently attended an after hours event at WDW Magic Kingdom? If so what time were you able to enter? I know it says 7pm but last year we were able to enter at 6pm. Thanks for any input!

It doesn't matter for people like me with 4 kids and 2 adults. Nothing in the world is worth $700 plus for entertainment. We consider it more of a money grab-kind of like the resort parking fees.

Be prepared for more of this because this is the new Disney where the patron is no longer king.

We chose to attend this event because we can get more done in a few hours than a couple of days but thanks for your input.

Last time we went, we got in around 4. Well worth it MK was empty. I dont know how to post pic but I have pic of fantasy land between Pan and Small World at 10pm a couple hours before ending only 5 people in photo

I have the same family makeup and if DAH/MK was offered during our next trip, I’d take advantage of it in a heartbeat. Lower crowds during a shorter period of time without the blaring sun sounds heavenly!

I just attended on Thursday! We lined up at around 6:30, and they began scanning our bands and letting us in around 6:50. It was an awesome experience!

I think it’s three hours before park close on the date of the event
