WDW after bariatric surgery

I recently had bariatric surgery and can only eat small amounts at a time. I was planning on ordering kids meals when appropriate from some of the counter service places but was wondering about Be Our Guest lunch counter service. Since they serve the meal at a table, would it be a problem if they delivered a kids meal to an adult? I'm just looking for a small serving of something that sounds nice and the menu for the kids meals there sound like a nice change of pace..

I have never had an issue ordering from the kiddo menu. Or for any matter, creating my own meal off-menu at most mid to higher end table service establishments. The latter assuming that it use items that we available from the menu and not pre-plated.
