WDTC cancellation fee ?????????

I know that they charge a $50.00 cancelation fee. If I change a reservation from the WDTC(DC reservation) over to an AP rate whichI think is CRO will I be charged the $50.00 cancellation fee?? Thanks!

I changed a DC reservation to a code and was not charged a change fee. I made the DC reservation in May and changed it in July. They only charge the change fee within 21 days of arrival. $100 cancellation fee within 6 days of arrival.

I wasn't charged either when I changed from a DC code thru WDTC to an AMEX code thru CRO. Got everything back. Travel insurance too. I also changed prior to the 21 day period.

I just changed from WDTC to a CRO ressie and got everything back, including the "non-refundable" insurance. I did this within 12 days of arrival.
