Anybody as excited as I am about the four sculptures that will be released next spring in honor of the 30th anniversary of "Robin Hood?" The pieces appeared in the latest edition of "Sketches" Vol 10 #4. Unfortunately, it doesn't say how much Robin, Marian, Little John and the Sheriff will be. I must save my money!

I was definately overestimating the price on these pieces! I plan to buy them in May while I am at WDW and wanted to save the $$$ I have been making at my p/t job during this busy season. Thanks again for the info!

Bump - for anyone who might be interested in the pieces from "Robin Hood."

Hi Doombuggy! I was wondering where you were going to get your pieces from, since no local stores now sell WDCC pieces...aarrgh!

I ordered my membership kit today from the catalog. I do know you will be be able to order from the catalog/or online. The shipping should be cheaper than shipping from the stores in WDW. I shipped figurines from EPCOT in october and it cost $22.95 to ship 2 figurines. I thought a little high. I think WDCC is hurting themselves by taking these beloved figurines out of the gallery stores. I know I will be buying less, since I hate carrying them home from WDW and am a little ticked that I would have to pay the extra price of shipping now. I think they will see the fall in sales of WDCC pieces. I don't even have a store near me that sell them at all (even a non-Disney store...but of course we know why we buy them from Disney don't we?).

I am more excited about the Chip and Dale release for June 2003...... FINALLY !! It is a GREAT choice, with Clarisse available as well......... I love it and can't wait to buy it.

N2MM: Thanks for the info. i forget that the cat. has a lot of stock, mostly online. i will probably buy the members only piece from my friend's shop if it ends up being cheaper. Goodness knows it will cost a bundle anyway.

I will re-new my membership probably next month at a local store around the corner. It would be $50 whether I bought it there or from a Disney place, you follow? I hope the JC piece is nice this year.

I guess they heard us talking. I just got the new catalog and wow, lots of WDCC pieces in the catalog. Plus lots of new pins..love the heart ones! This is going to be an expensive month! And lots of new adult clothes too!

n2mm - did you see the LAMP?!! I love that. Just like the Snow White one they've had in the catalog before, but featuring Mickey and Minnie.

I did see the lamp. Bob said that the lamps do come into the outlet. No room at our house for it. I have my order ready to be faxed in. I was excited to see some adult clothes too. I order the clothes, because they rarely make it to the outlet now in my size. I also noticed that there doesn't seem to be any "pooh" size clothes. Wondering if this is being discountinued, since that is all the outlet seems to carry. I love the WDCC piece with Mickey now and then. That's a must have!

I am thinking about that Mickey Mouse piece too.
I do love the lamp! i would buy it from Bob is a NY minute is it is there when I come down for a visit (taking to Grama to WDW in May, and she insists on leaving from National or Dulles).

Saving my money.........

I will be getting my WDCC pieces from the Catalog online also.

I will buy the membership kit at a local store that carries WDCC pieces since it is the same price.

There were some very nice items in the catalog this time. There is a Cell that I desperately want to add to my collection, but I can't afford it this go around...
