WCP--no ADRs in September?

Does anyone have ADR's in September for WPC? I was just told that during the summer months and all the way through September WPC does not offer ADRs, only walk-ups. I did have an ADR there last December so I thought it was a bit strange. Then I found this thread regarding last September:

I called back and spoke to a different CM and was given different information. The first CM told me that they only take walk-ups that time of year--they were not saying that because they were "sold-out".

The CM I just spoke to said they were only taking walk-ups because they were completely booked. That makes a LOT more sense!
