WCC - up to date lunch menu?

Anyone know how up to date the lunch menu is for WCC on Allears or WDWInfo?

I am not really concerned about the prices, but I had quite a time deciding whether to book this one or not because we would love to go for the experience, but I struggled to pick a menu which offered something DD and I would both eat (she is 8 so it's kids menu). I wouldn't order the skillet as we don't eat meat (red meat / pork). We have a late lunch reservation for 2.20 pm. I had toyed with the idea of just going for desserts, but that might be a bit of a cheek if they are busy and other guests are trying to get reservations.

It just looks like the menu has been modified since I did my ADRs. Can anyone clarify?

Kid's menu (non-pork/red meat)
Canyon skillet choice of chicken
Grilled Fish or Grilled Chicken Strips

Hmm, kids menu looks better than the grown ups' one

I do realize that the menus are subject to change without notice - and at times they do! This was the only place ADR, being a wish of my daughter to experience it, was one where I had a hard time trying to justify it based on the menu. I always manage to find something to eat, but this one is a bit tricky for me. I guess if they have a salad it will keep me happy.
