I have the dining plan. If Iorder the all-you-can-eat skillett at WCC, does this count as the whole meal or can I order an appetizer and/or dessert as well?

When we were there in September on the dining plan we were advised by our server that the salad is considered the appetizer. As for the dessert there is none with the skillet, therefore you do and we did (rather DH and DD did) get a dessert.

When we ate there in August, we were also told that we could not order an appetizer with the skillet, but we did order desserts.

When I went in June I was able to order appetiser ,skillet and dessert. I really wished I had skipped the appetiser though because it was way to much food. I'm still full

We were there just last week and were also told you could not order an appetizer along with the skillet. The salad that comes with it is your appetizer (it is very yummy). You can choose whichever dessert you like.
