WCC question. Is this allowed on DDP?

There are 5 of us, all adults by Disney rules. We all want the Canyon Skillett except for my DS who is 11yrs old. All he wants is a CheeseBurger and Fries with a milk shake. Can we order off of the kids menu for him...I plan to pay OOP for his meal this night.
If we cant order off of the kids menu will they give him an adult meal cheeseburger and fries? I didnt see it on the menu for adults but since they have it for kids I expect they would serve it to an adult but maybe at a higher price. ???
Also if he orders off the kids menu does he still get the bottomless milk shakes? Remember we are not using a dinning credit for his so would that mean we have to also pay seperate for the milkshake or does it come with the kids meal?

Sorry so confusing ....ADR day is Monday and I am working on last minute details. Thanks so much for any input and suggestions. Everyone on here is so helpful!!

It shouldn't be a problem ordering him a kids burger meal at WCC and paying OOP for it.

I would go ahead with your adrs as planned. They are so nice there, better than any other restaurant we have visited on property.

Last time we were there the family next to us had 2 adults and 2 younger people, one definitely a child the other could've been under 10 or over and both kids had kids meals and the adults had the skillet.

Thanks so much. We ate there 3 years ago but he was a child then so there wasnt a question. He is a picky eater and loves burgers. Really he is just looking forward to the milkshakes..... last time he got sick from to much milkshakes and my daughter had to leave and take him back to the room. Poor Baby. Thank goodness we were staying at the WL so it was just upstairs and we got to finish our meal.
I told him this time lets keep it to two flavors only so we can go to the park afterward.

They do actually have a cheeseburger on the 'adult' lunch menu, which can also be ordered at dinner.
