WCC party of 8

We two families of four going to Disney for Thanksgiving...We decided a long time ago we wanted our holiday meal at the WCC...Called today at 7:00...Unable to get 1 table together...CM said we will have two tables of four but they will do their best to seat us next to each other or near each other...He said there were no tables of 8 only 6...He said the ADR is for 8 and the CM seating us will see that and do their best to make us happy...We really wanted to sit together....

Any one have experience with this?

We had 8 in our party(WCC lunch) in November and all sat at a big round table. Maybe all tables for 8 are allready booked for your time. I have found when going with a large group it is alway's best to book the first seating for your meal to be able to get that table for 8. We had 16 one year and at Chef Mickeys they put tables together for us. It was the first seating for dinner. Susan

I think that if your reservation is earlier rather than later you will have a better chance of sitting together. If later in the evening, I suspect that you will have to wait longer for tables if you want to sit together. We have a party of 7 and were told the same thing abut 3 of our adrs at the 90 day mark. I called a couple weeks later and was able to change this. They even had us separated at Teppan Edo . Can you imagine how irritating it would have been to sit with strangers when our other family members were at a different table.
