We are on the dining plan and need to add one more table service. We are staying at the Poly and have been to Ohana before. It was good (and I expected horrible from reviews). We are at a toss up between Ohana again or trying dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe. Getting over there won't be an issue because we will be close to TTC and most likely heading from one of the parks anyway.

Your thoughts? I have never been to WCC but think my kids might enjoy all of the antics. They are girls ages 7 and 5.

Also...can someone confirm that the skillet is available on the dining plan and is there any extra charge for it (adult or child size)

Third option is just add a second nt at Kona (which is probably my favorite)

Thanks!
Kim

Kim we love WCC! It is one of our favorites, along with Ohana. So you can't go wrong with either.

You are right, your kids may really enjoy the antics at WCC. Between the ketchup runs, pony races and loudness, all kids seem to really enjoy it.

Yes the skillet is on the DDP. You can also get a bottomless shake for your drink. (a huge plus for those who love shakes).
There is no additional charge for adults or kids if on the DDP.
My DH always gets the skillet and loves it. I usually get the steak option and haven't been disappointed yet. ;)

If WCC's menu appeals to you, definitely try it out.

Have a great trip!!
