WCC Lunch/Dinner Hours

Does anyone know if the WCC closes between lunch and dinner? If so, any idea what time it closes then reopens?

Or does it just stay open and at some point change the menu? If so, any idea what time the menu changes?

breakfast 7:30am-11am
lunch noon-3pm
dinner 5pm-10pm

suppose to have extended dinner for free dining some days of the week, dinner will open at 4pm those days.
