I actually haven't been for dinner, but I have for breakfast and lunch. I liked it.
I think it may be empty because folks are eager to ge to the parks in the am. If you can catch a direct boat, it's not far from MK. It used to be that all the boats took longer (stopping at Ft. Wilderness). The bus is fast too, but since it's not the monorail, I think most folks just don't think of it.
Maybe at dinner more folks ask for ketchup...some folks do at breakfast though...so you still get some of that.
I think some do it just to see the reaction.
It might depend onthe crowd levels.
the breakfast skillet is pretty good. I'm not so big on pork sausage or sausage gravy (on the side), but otherwise, It's a good deal for $12, I think. It's all you can eat. the biscuits and waffles are very good. In the past, teh waffles were tasty, but pine cone shaped. In March I was thrilled to see they were actually mini-Mickeys!
Mickey waffles are kind of a THING in our family. It was our last day, and I ahdn't had any, since the FC in WL doesn't have them...I was consoling myself that at least I'd get the yummy pine cone ones, when I got a happy surprise!
I wish more places at WDW had fun things like Mickey waffles and Mickey pasta and Cinderella slipper desserts. Like in the Land's greenhouse ,they grow Mickey shaped veggies. I'd love to find a Mickey shaped cucumber in my salad! How cool would THAT be?
