WCC Dilemma

The first time we ate at WCC we loved it - the antics were hilarious, we had a great server, and the food was delicious. The next time, one year later, it was not so good - our server wasn't that into it, we waited FOREVER for our food, and the meal was not great. DH says that's it, we never go back, but I am willing to give them another chance. On our next trip we are taking newbies and I'd love to take them there, but I want them to have the experience we had the first time - not the second time.

Any opinions?

what time of the day did you go? if you didnt go right at dinner or lunch rush maybe thats why? we had gone before and got one of the last tables before they closed b/c every restaurant at DTD was a 3hr+ wait and our waitress didnt really interact with us, i'm not sure if it was b/c she could tell we were tired and frustrated and hungry too, or if she was just so tired from dinner rush that she held off or maybe a combo of the both.

If you didnt go during a rush maybe try and do that, I have a feeling they get more into character when more ppl are around, if you did and you had a poor server, theres always hope for next time!!

Our first trip to WCC was fabulous. Our second trip to WCC was a dud. The 3rd trip was outstanding.

I say do not give up on it. Every time will be a different experience. Besides, they have good food.

Just my opinion, but I wouldn't go just for the antics. OUr family has been twice and our server didn't "get into it" either time. If you enjoy the food then I would go, if you are just going for the antics you may be disappointed.

Our first time was Sept 06. The place was packed, and we waited about 20 minutes, even though we had ADR's. There were very little antics from any server, and we certainly didn't see anything from ours. The service was a little slow, and I wasn't really impressed with anything on the skillet. I don't think they have a spectacular menu, but DH and I agree that we would go back just for the bottomless milkshakes. They were divine!

We went for our first time last August. We had a great time! They had lots of antics and we are hams so we played right along. The food was decent.. not fabulous. I have heard so many mixed reviews. I was so excited when I booked it but then got scared when I heard the bad reviews but we had a super time and are going back this June.
