First off, I'm so excited to have found these boards. I've been lurking for about a month and now I'm in last-minute planning craziness.

I have a couple of questions, but first,
here are my ADR's:
Arrival day: 9:00 dinner at Whispering Canyon
Day 1: 11:10 late breakfast at Chef Mickey's
Day 2: 12:30 lunch at 50's PrimeTime
Day 3: 1:30 lunch at Coral Reef
7:30 dinner at Biergarten
Day 4: 6:45 dinner at Artist Point (kids to Cub's Den)
Day 5: 4:30 dinner at San Angel Inn
Day 6: 8:25 dinner at Liberty Tree

Question 1: For that 9:00 dinner at WCC... it's our first night at WL, and we would love to see the Water Pageant as it passes at 9:25 or so. Do people ever leave the restaurant to go watch and then return, or is that frowned upon? I keep trying to get an earlier seating, but it's pretty booked (that's a Saturday night)

Question 2: First day at MK we have an 11:10 Chef Mickey's. We plan to EMH that morning, so we will have some good time at MK before heading to the Contemporary. What time would you suggest walking out the gate at MK to make sure we make it on time?

Question 3: We are at Epcot two nights for dinner. Our first night we have a 7:30 Biergarten ADR, with the show starting at 8:05. I was figuring we don't even try to catch Illuminations that night and just plan on enjoying it when we return to Epcot on Day 5... what do you think?

Thank you so much... my DH thinks I'm insane for thinking about this so much and really can't take any more of my asking him his opinion on these things!

Question 1- why are you trying so hard to see the water parade the first night. It looks like you could see in on day 4.
Question 2-I would walk out of the gate 10:30-10:40
Question 3- just plan on enjoying it when you return to Epcot on Day 5

Day 4 DH and I will be heading to DD after dinner and the kids will be staying in Cub's Den until at least 11:00, so we can't see the water parade that night. We may plan on coming back from the Studios early on Day 2 rather than staying for Fantasmic and we can see it then, though. Thanks for your suggestions!

I would not make the water parade a priority over your meal. You could try to get in at WCC early, but even then you'd need to walk at least to the overlook point outside to see the EWP well.

Secondly, I think a 7:30 Biergarten ADR with the show at 8:05 won't interfere with seeing Illuminations that night. We ate there last month, took our time, and were done within an hour.

Finally, Fantasmic is much more worthwhile than the EWP, so don't skip out for it.

Depending on your kids' ages, they may be exhausted early one evening and wanting to get back to the room. That would make it easy to watch the EWP parade then. That's what we did last month.

Have fun and don't forget to rub Humphreys nose for pixie dust. :thumbsup2
