wc / scooter rental

My mom is going to Disney with us and she does not walk well. Any tips on wheelchair or scooter rental. I would think you could do this right at the gate?

Is there a place I could find out this information?

What about getting on rides she can't stand in a line very long? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
