WC for lunch

Hi! I was wondering if WC is still fun and rowdy for lunch, specifically the second week of December on a Saturday. We will be spending the day in MK and thought it would be fun to take an afternoon break and go there.

Yes. That is their shtick. I can't possibly think of any reason why they wouldn't be carrying on as usual on the second week of December on a Saturday...

I read a review from someone saying they ate lunch there during an off time and it wasn't as fun, so I guess I was wondering if that's common.

It really depends on the server you get. We don't like the loudness of WC, but enjoy the food, so we ask to be seated in the "library" which is in the back. I think on our last trip there, there were coasters or something similar that says whether or not if you want to participate in their antics, you just flip the coaster to what you prefer. Or just ask someone at the seating desk for a server that is in character when you check in for your reservation.

We had a late lunch there in February and the restaurant was pretty empty so there weren't many hijinks going on. I'd say make sure you go at a prime time to make sure to get some hijinks if thats important to you.
