I have to start to clear out lots of clutter... I have closets with crap in them that can go...

How are you coming along?

(Before we knew that we would be moving to Indianapolis in 2005, I started attacking clutter in our house. I pulled out all of a category, made a huge mess, considered each item and only put back the things I liked a lot. The rest went into double handled shopping bags for donation to an appropriate cause. I hate yard sales but that would be a good source for someone who likes them.)

I haven't started with the decluttering... I'm even behind on my gardening because of the rain. But I did see on Katie Courics new show that she's got the same problem I do with clutter so I don't feel so bad anymore!

& TCM is Turner Classic Movies... they are sponsoring a cruise on the Magic later this year.

Looking forward to it, went onto the TCM Cruise discussion site and was very shocked to see some of the attitudes of the returnees towards being on a Disney ship....no casinos....no place to dress up for dinner (tried comparing Plutos Dog House to a dining room on another cruise line)...saying Disney did not have the equipment/know-how to show old black & white movies... so basically uninformed snooty people

Love the Dis Boards....and the feeling of family....

They just haven't been touched by the magic of the mouse... I bet they will rave after they get off the ship...

And if they are not converted, we don't want them.

We were on an excursion one time with a couple who complained about everything. There was a Carnival anchored nearby and they raved about it and wished they had booked it. We wanted to help them pack and to arrange for the tender to take them over. They were on our dining rotation but not at our table. The last night they did not show--we suspect they stiffed the servers too.

Usually it's the other way around!!!

I'm sure they will find people who will only go for a casino. I have friends who wouldn't do Disney cause they think it's over run with kids.

Personally... I have looked at other cruises companies and they just don't appeal to me...

& besides... they don't serve

Jan, the way we cleaned out our clutter was by moving. Haha. I started going around the room one wall at a time. It worked. Now we have to finish unpacking it all.

Jan.....I had a great real estate agent. If you need a referral let me know. She mostly covers this area though. Check davenport and clermont. Google them on a map to see where they are. Then visit these areas to see if you like it here. You have two more years though....so plenty of time. That's exactly when we started....two years ago and now we're here. It goes by very fast.

Sandi came over today to do fathers day with john. She brought her new boyfriend. Yup she has a boyfriend already. Joe would hate him...good. I like him. He stuck up for Sandi and was telling her to stop being a doormat. She admitted that she had been doing that for a long time but now she's coming back and standing up for herself. YAY! I was so happy to hear that. So was john. It's all good again.
