Well ok Nan, just because it's you who says so. I will consider it. BUT does it hurt??? I can't tolerate pain and I have it all the time for so many different reasons.....kind of like Michelle......but not due to a car accident. I could have the doctor's office contact the insurance company and talk to them. They already offered to do so. I will look into it. Thanks Nan!

:flower3: :flower3:

from my understanding it does not hurt. Might be a bit claustrphobic, but until you see it I wouldn't worry. Check it out and see. That part is certainly worth looking at.

I'm figuring that the EB TA will not be full, as it wasn't last time and then you'd get an upgrade. But I'm only looking at it for under $2K for me, otherwise it's just too expensive to make it worth leaving the family at home. For a little bit more we can all travel somewhere for a nice week away :confused3

I just got home from work.

My train was rather crowded. A large number of Jewish people. I could tell from the number of yarmulkes. They probably should have dubbed that train the "Yom Kippur Clipper."

This will be my last posting until Friday.

Here is a link, should you want to read up on the holiday:

Good Morning all Sentient Creatures!

Yom Kippur starts at sundown, so I will be leaving work early, and will be off from work tomorrow. I'll be going to services both tonight and tomorrow.

This is not a happy holiday. It's a fast day, so starting at sundown, no food or water until sundown tomorrow.

I can't believe we booking yet another cruise. I need to figure out when we're going to use our DVC points!

Marilyn, glad to hear that it might be better sailing out of Florida than New York. I'm not too concerned about the weather. I'm also not too concerned about all the sea days, as a matter of fact, I would look forward to it. No pressures. Nothing to have to do.

Perhaps we could get in that game of Scrabble this time... ;)

Nite Michelle. Hope you sleep well.

I can only see the $999. I read that was for the EB and the WB was a tad higher, but I can't find anything either. Apparently the $99 for 3rd and 4th pax was a mistake, so not sure what that will be. Then of course there is the fuel etc to add on.

Do other cruise lines have people booking not knowing the costs?:confused3

Too much I'm afraid Marilyn... I had to take something for pain last night (or should I say early this morning... and it knock me out until the afternoon...:sad2: ) I don't like taking meds for that reason... I even slept through all the work my neighbor is having done.

After having said all that about being cooler in April to go on the WB TA, I have to say it will be much warmer sailing from the Caribbean than from New York where I was originally looking at!!! Ian, you might not have to sit huddled in blankets!!!:lmao:

I really think Madeira will look lovely in April with all the flowere - the best month I think.

So... don't you want to come with us???

I guess I won't have to crochet scarves for this one...

So it isn't the correct thing to say have a happy holiday then Ian. Is the celebration not happy, or is it not happy because you can't eat. I will go and have a Google!

I was looking forward to the sea days on our previously booked QM2 Transatlantic crossing. I wasn't looking forward to the dress code though, or the snobbery I saw on the Cunard section of Cruise Critic(though that would only be a few people), so DCL wins hands down there. Also QM2 is only the 6 days it takes to cross.

& they don't have Mickey Mouse...

I was wondering how you were today Monica. Keep taking the pain killers.

I am thinking about the first Baltic cruise - 12th June. Gydell is booking that one too. I think it will be quite exciting visiting the ports for the first time on the Magic.

You could also have your few days at a cottage in England.

I don't think other cruise lines have their itineraries out yet for 2010. I guess it would be better to book this one and cancel if a better one comes on the market.

I hear Marilyn's house is open that week... ;)

One more thing.

Should you want to impress anyone you know who's Jewish. The traditional thing you wish someone is, "Have an easy fast."

Having been inspired by Michelle.....we took some pictures going to the doctor's office and back this morning.

Yea, I guess you could say I live rural in the country. Definitely a far cry from living in New York City.

Deb it's beautiful country!!! Kind of like what I like living in!!!

mollydollsmile.jpg

One of my favorite outfits Molly wore. The doll's outfit is only availble in WDW. I think we got the Minnie dress online for Molly :thumbsup2 Look after Halloween, the go on great sales.

Ah... the adorable Miss Molly!!! :cutie:

I love the pics Deb, and the countryside you live in. I wouldn't call that a street though, more a country lane.:lmao: Is that US speak - like pavement? Your pavement is our footpath(sidewalk to you). Holly says she is going to mow her yard!!! There is no grass in our yards - just hard paving, very difficult to mow!!! That always sounds so funny.

Marilyn.. it sounds like you have the kind of yard Holly would like to Mow!!!

There are rather a lot of these.

But my daughter wouldn't approve!!!:rotfl2:

No... but I know a guy that's traveling right now who would appreciate me in it...

Yea, he's a keeper. It would be hard for me to do the same for him. I can't even tolerate looking at it on me. It's a good thing it's hard for me to see.

Deb... My grandmother had alot of health issues and my grandfather stayed with her to the very end... she knew she was loved very much... it was a true love story. :lovestruc

I'm veeeeeeeeeeeryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy sleepy!

Ok.. put your head down on the desk and take a nap... I'll call you when it's time to go home.

So funny.. I'm in the straight and flat area and looking forward to moving up to Upstate New York, near the mountains! We just need to get away from the traffic and the taxes and the congestion. So once we're ready to go, it will be upstate.

Salvatore is doing well. He feels SO much bigger over the last couple of weeks. I'm doing well, though I failed the 1 hour glucose screening and have to make an appointment to do the three hour test at a local lab. My problem is that the test has to be first thing in the morning, and that's when I'm normally in court! So yeah, they wanted me to have it done by this Friday, but there's no way I'll get there this week. I might have to wait until NEXT Saturday. Olivia loves her little brother already, and has been talking to and kissing my belly. It's really sweet. SIL had her baby a couple of weeks ago, and Olivia just LOVES him all up. I'm glad because she's seeing what a newborn is like, and she's ok with her cousin, so I'm hoping she'll be good with the little brother too :)

Wait until you get away from the traffic!!! It's HEAVEN!!!

Oh that sounds awesome. How very adorable of Olivia. I love that you have a big family and that you're all close.

I fully understand wanting to get out of there for the congestion, taxes and traffic. Everyone in my family was born there and now I only have a few relatives left there. Everyone went to other places for the same reasons.....exactly. Will all of your family move upstate? Will you be near Michelle? How far up do you plan on looking?

Oh Deb... nobody goes as far north as ME!!! (or at least that's what my family keeps telling me...) ;)

:flower3: :flower3:

Look at all of your options. If they can fight for it... give it a try. It may be more cost effective in the long run. I hear that they are glass enclosed so it's not too bad for claustophobic people...

Unless I kidnap you and make you stay with us... ;)

Going for a bath now. Hope to sleep better tonight. Monica and Michelle - have good sleeps too.

How're you feeling Monica? Any better?

My jaw hurts - been popping Extra Strength Tylenol as often as allowed. Lunch wasn't all that fun....chewing kindof hurts :upsidedow

I have to go back to the dentist on the 19th of November to make sure everything is :thumbsup2 (yeah).

How you doin? (hear Joey's voice) :rotfl:

Of course Marilyn... I could probably only fit my right THIGH in that costume...:lmao:

Night Marilyn... don't take it personally but I hope I don't see you when you wake up... :)

Me? The cold weather is getting to me. It happens whenever the weather changes - especially from hot to cold.

We should be getting Indian Summer later this week - up to the 70's again.. I'll be back in shorts... all will be fine.. until the temps drop again. You know how they say someone with a bad knee knows when a storm is coming? My whole body know... (and then wants to take out a neon billboard to tell me it!!!:lmao: )

Mom is going to make an apple pie this weekend so I have to go to the farm tomorrow and get apples and CIDER!!! :goodvibes

Thanks for the education Ian......Atone well.....don't get sick from fasting.

PS Just learned that I should have said, have an easy fast!

Where is Cherie? Shouldn't she be planning for 2010 too?

I'm sure she'll be back soon...

And Nan...

We'll have to go for the less than Royal suite this time... The revenues for the Kingdom have sunk a little so I guess the Walt is out... sorry...

However I will play the Royal Lottery and see how that comes out...;)

The nurse took my blood pressure today and I was screaming in pain. That never happens......but today it did. Must be the change in weather.
