I got a blueberry muffin and took it home for breakfast tomorrow. I had quiche with salad and fruit. I ate the quiche and took the salad and fruit back home too. I got full.

Jackie, this will happen to you. You will get used to smaller portions and get full fast. This is a good thing.

Yummy.....quiche. And of course it has no cheese at all

Some guy at work that is like my age told me today that he has to hold the paper back to read it That's what grandmas do My mom was a grandma when she was 34 which is only 1 year older than me

We were on this cruise for my in-law's 50th

They didn't want a party then suddenly 3 weeks after we get back they are having a party and want us to come - with 6 days notice from CA No idea how anyone thought we could afford that airfare after just taking a 19 day vacation

Well if you've been together for 50 years, you had to be willing to change your mind I'm also sure they understood if you couldn't make it on short notice (never mind, Jon's parents wouldn't).

We (my family) will be cruising. His parents will be doing whatever they do. A bit bitter here. The crap that is going on with his mom is still going on. Paul asked me the other day when we can get back to normal, I replied when your mom isn't drinking. Can't even begin to fathom when that would happen

It sounds like we both have issues with in-laws. I feed mine alcohol in hopes that a fight won't break out. My FIL just said "Someone should shoot that freakin N word" and he was speaking of Obama. I wish he would go to jail for that one. I hope everyone got my code words. This is what I am dealing with people

Deb- I love the pics. They are making me very exctied.

I am over being sad and on to being excited again. I had depression and but got to the point where I didn't need meds but I still have days, especially when I take Aderall it make me think to much! Next week is my fall break and I told my mom to expect me at her house the whole week since I have to finish a HUGE swap before we leave. My sister likes scrapbooking but gets bored easily and doesn't like the harder parts so we do it before she gets out of school. She tells me all the time not to do swaps anymore since I have to much else to. I tell her I like it and I will just go home and finish them and them my mom yells at us for fighting. Of coarse I normally make her one of what I am making.

I don't have kids yet but can relate to the problems- My sisters friend lives across the street and she is a very big bully. SHe tells her that everything she likes is babyish and noone likes her. Or she doesn't want to play with her since. Recently her best friend also moved in next door. She told my sister that she would only play with her once a month now. Well the other girl and DS get along great and we found out the other girl thinks A is a bully too. SHe even pushes her brother down the stairs. We asked them why they play with her and they said b/c when shes nice shes really fun.

Also her brother used to threaten people he was going to kill them and cut them to pieces. He even dented my stepdads car when throwing siscors at the girls. He is on anger management lessons and is doing much better. My sister still plays with him since he is really a sweet kid at heart. He isn't much older than Tyler.

What do you mean when you take adderall? You can pick and choose what days you take it?

I know there are bullies everywhere. I did tease people in high school (behind their back) Well you know the D and D freaks and stuff (Jon) It is just so sad when it is your baby

sorry for you too, mine aren't ignorant, just drunk and therefore stupid. I just don't know how I would react to a comment like that in this day and age. I do have to say that my dad spoke very ignorantly when I was younger and fortunately as he aged he learned that he was wrong and changed his tune. Sadly, sometime my mom will slip with something like that. For her I don't think she believes what she says she is mimicing things from her childhood, such a different time.
