BC has come back to tie the football game. Not that anybody cares, but it'd be so nice if they win and Ken phones me happy tonight. Only 5min game time left, and then Ken gets the fun job of getting 3 overtired kids out of a stadium, into the van for a 30min drive and then waking them up to go into the apartment. Part of me wishes I could be there and part of me is so relaxed and enjoying myself here

isn't chiffon just another word for meringue, so really you were right

I only ever had strawberry shortcut, but I really wanted Apple Dumpling because I don't like strawberries

Did I mention I don't go back to work until Thursday? Sucks losing 3 days of pay, but day care is closed for the last week of summer before school starts, so no day care means no going to work. I wish they'd let me park him in an empty office and I could set up a portable DVD player for him and he'd be happy and quiet. But I've asked before and they said no, because if they do it for me, they'd have to do it for everybody. OK, there's only one other employee with a child, and he's 2, so no way would he be calm and entertain himself. Oh well. So I've been making a list tonight of things we'll do every day.

What? Did you stop drinking? I can't read that much.

As I type our team has lost. Calgary just beat us at home for the first time is 6 years.

Yeah, I stopped! 4 was over my limit. I usually have 1 or 2, sometimes 3. But 4 made my eyes blurry and makes me type really, really slow!

Enjoy your days with Tyler! I've been jealous of Ken all summer, because he's worked from home every Friday and had the girls at home. It sucked getting up in the morning to go to work, knowing they were all going to be at home

I feel so bad for Jon when he has to go to work and we are home sleeping in. He says he likes the fact that the kids can go fun places but I just think he has a hard time with it. Plus I make him do more things in the summer so he is tired.
