That would be annoying to me and I probably would stop helping out in the other ways, especially when dad wanted to go fishing. He should be taking Tyler. John takes Ethan.

I know, and it makes me mad that he doesn't take Tyler. I've mentioned it to him before, and I told him Tyler feels bad that he doesn't get to go often because he loves fishing with dad. His dad says usually Tyler wants to be done after an hour, but when his dad goes, he wants to be out 1/2 the day. Well then, take Tyler for the hour, then take him back to shore and stepmom can take him home, then everybody's satisfied. BUT......even better, go fishing on SUNDAYS when Tyler's not there and spend Saturday doing something Tyler would enjoy. He goes there to see his dad, not his stepmom, but they don't believe that. They're always talking about her bonding time with Tyler and how Tyler doesn't seem to want her like he does his dad. DUH! She thinks it's because a little boy would naturally gravitate towards the same sex parent. She actually SAID this at one of the psychiatrist visits (or maybe it was psychologist, I don't know, some doctor) and I piped up and said, "Uh.....it's because visitation with dad is so Tyler can visit dad", to which she just gave me an dirty look.

By the way, you have an upside down photo in day 2 and one on PC crossing day too.

May I borrow the picture of Castaway Cay from up above during parasailing? I'd love to add that to my pictures of CC if you don't mind. Such a wonderful view!

I know that upside down grrrrr as I tried to fix it before put it on but end up upside down . I gave it up as it took me all day yesterday to put photos with slide, and it have not finish it yet. I try put one a time in everyday.

Yes, you can copy it of CC okay.

That looks great. I had to watch the slide show twice because my speakers were off and I didn't realize it had music until the end.

I put music on and I am annoying *** I want own music and don't know how to use it so I gave it up and put different song on it!!

So I just emailed Tyler's dad to ask him if I can pick Tyler up an hour early this Saturday so that I can drop him off at my mom's before going to my reunion. It takes about an hour and 15 min to get to my mom's so that should be perfect timing. My mom told me she and Tyler will find lots of fun things to do and for me to just have a good time at the reunion. He's going to be so excited to have time to hang out with her!

Then we'll rush back home to give the neighbors' house & cat one final check to make sure everything's in order for them to come home Sunday morning.

THEN.....Tyler's dad asked me if he can have Tyler an extra overnight the following weekend so they can go camping! YEAH, I'd love some extra free time! Although I do miss him when he's gone, and especially when he's gone extra days like that, but on the other hand, I do enjoy having an extra free day!

Well, I'm looking forward to seeing all of your pictures! I do want to put mine in a slide show like you did, but am not sure if I want to use photobucket like I have before, or use Nero now that I see how good yours look with Nero. But first, I have to get my computer at home to work right. It won't work on any website that needs Flash and tells me I need to download the most recent version of Flash. When I download that, it still doesn't work and keeps telling me I don't have it downloaded. I deleted a bunch of programs recently to try to make more room on my computer, so I think I must have deleted something important that I shouldn't have and that's why I'm having this problem.

I have caught up to Aug 3 on our thread. No posts of photos from Planky's site and as I found these there, posted Sept 30 or 31 I decided to copy them over here for everyone to see. (Planky: I told you I was a fan--this will get more pals to your site-- http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1810009 ) Must say, some of your cousins might need a trip to the Attitude Adjustment Center themselves. They seem to be an angry, vindictive bunch.

Laptop is back from its Attitude Adjustment Center. So far, so good. It is on a test run. I have yet to download the photos of the MULE seen in St. Louis however. I hope to get to that later today.

Here are a few of my friends – we had a goal of trying out every bar on the ship… Thus… a very nice event planned by Ian called Shots around the Ship… Some of them did it for the whole 2 weeks!!!

Thanks for all the thoughts. here is my update...not sure if it is good or bad.....

vision is the same....completely gone in the L eye . Went to the neurologist this am. It is def MS, but they took 15 vials of blood just to make sure it wasn't something else and I get to have another MRI of my neck to make sure it isn't more advanced than they think. I had a perfect neurological exam except that one eye....so I have no other symptoms, which I guess is good. Oh and she wants me to start on 3-4x/week shots that will run me over 10K per year for the rest of my life! Not so sure about that one yet...we'll see, but Scott wants me to do them so that I have the best chance of full recovery. Then onto the ophthalmologist who said that my eye looks great I just can't see out of it which means that I have a good chance of restoring my vision, but it will most likely take between 1-4 months to come back. I am going to start myself on lots of other treatments that I know of so that I can speed that process up! This one eyed thing is totally annoying! I guess that about 90% of people who start like I do regain 100% of their sight back, so that is good news. And the fact that I have no other symptoms is good news. I may start on those shots and take them for a year or 2 while I get myself into better health via the herbs, nutrients and vitamins I know can help. I am going to still go to my 2 conventions, 1 this week (W-S) and 1 next week (T-S) so that I can be around colleagues and pick everyone's brains. Also, it will be somewhat relaxing, no kids, no patients and I can sleep as much as I want to and won't have to drive. That is the hardest thing...right now I am not comfortable enough to drive myself anywhere, so I need to be shuttled around.

I'm copying and sending her an email a day with all the DISers prayers and good thoughts. I think they are a bit of what the doctor would order.

Now, about that jail....Michelle what are you thinking ????

p.s. since the kids are at camp this week, I may just be game

OH......MY......GOSH! Jan, thanks so much for bringing these over here. I hadn't seen these yet. Tyler LOVED the ones with him, and he absolutely cracked up over Bubba with Planky! First he thinks Bubba is nuts for wearing the pink wig, and then he asked me, "What's he doing to Planky, smelling him?" And when he saw the picture of Ian, he told me, "I remember him, he was on the cruise with the guy with the long mustache who uses a cane. And they have that crazy little car." I reminded him the car is called a Smart car and told him the car's name. He just smiled shook his head at me!

Nan, thanks so much for the update. Kaylee was on my mind all day today. This info does sound encouraging. Definitely not fun to have to do all those shots for the rest of her life, but the statistics on people regaining their vision AND not having any other symptoms are certainly positives in all this shock.

Kaylee, best wishes for these treatments to work! Hugs and prayers coming your way.

it has been reallly quiet around here.

I doubt that we will find trouble for ourselves.

Paul is working on our rental house and found something very disturbing. He was pulling up the carpet, as we are having the hardwood floors refinished in the bedrooms as the carpet was dated and dirty. He found a hole cut thru the floor ALL THE WAY THRU THE FLOOR AND SUBFLOOR. It was hid under the carpet in the bedroom. It looks like it was a drug stashing place. We had a tennant a few years back that we suspected that he was growing pot and dealing from the house. When he moved out we found evidence of a grow lab in the garage.

I'm a bit pissed to say the least. This will be a couple grand to repair.

It sucks when people take advantage of other people like this.

Aug 3: When we were in St Louis for our Anniversary we went to church near the TRANSPORTATION MUSEUM. We went there with our sons years ago so decided to drive by. As we walked to the gift shop we passed a

MULE

one of OUR mules. (Well, not really, it was retired in the 1960s but we knew that because we went to the presentation by Captain Puckett!

So, wearing my Mexican dress from Cabo I actually, willingly, posed for a photo.
