With your luck.. he'll cook a weeks worth on a weekend and you'll never be able to order out for chinese again!!!

He just woke up sort of, came out to the living room, sat on the cat on the couch without noticing, so I knew he wasn't actually awake. Sat there, mumbled nonsense syllables for a few seconds, then tipped over on the couch asleep before his head hit the couch. :rotfl2: Now that's a TIRED kid! :lmao:

big UGH..............................

These are the times I'm not sure I want to be on the board of directors for the homeowners assn.

Just found out we have a hoarder down the street... FEET of garbage in the house. It's a rental... so we're trying to get in touch with the landlord.

Now... I think I'll go put out the garbage (it's my night to put it out...) and see if there's anything extra in my house to get rid of...

I may have clutter in my house, but it's no where near hoarder. I can still walk on all my floors and I don't have FEET of garbage in the house. That's just gross.

So I asked Mahi whether he ever travels to other states to perform, specifically anywhere near Michigan. ;) His response: "i wish i could come out there! im nobody!" What?! How can he think he's 'nobody'?! He must know how amazing his voice is from all the fans he has and how many great comments he receives on every video he posts. Wow!

He is truely humble.

I fought the urge to suggest MIchigan as a vacation spot. He'd have a personal tour guide! :lmao: Don't want to freak the poor boy out!

I think if you like him that you should let him know. There's no reason to be coy with him. Tell him straight up how you feel. Then let the chips fall where they may. You never know, it could be a really good thing.

Yes Elvis wiggled!! I guess if he was tied in a sack he would try to wriggle out of it and not wiggle out of it. Though no doubt he might still be able to wiggle inside the sack!!:thumbsup2

Thanks Marilyn, I get it now.

Yes, we were really surprised. We even had a yard sale hoping some of the local "tweekers" would want them for scrapping to get drug money :sad2:, but sadly we lived to far out of town to get any traffic for the yard sale. Only a couple of people stopped by....real waste of time for us. :rolleyes1

But....another thought for Deb......Here in Missoula they have a section in the classified in the newspaper that is To Give Away. (listed just before the Lost and Found section) People list all kinds of stuff for free, just go pick it up. I don't know why every paper does not have this service. People give away furniture, appliances, animals (chickens, dogs, cats, goats, etc) and all things imaginable! (Our son brought home a camper for a pickup that he got free. You can imagine the shape it was in!:sad2: But with enough time and effort it could have been salvaged and used as a hunting rig. Our daughter and a friend wound up scrapping that thing and got about $100 for the aluminum. ) You might talk with your local paper and see if they would be willing to get something like this started. I'm sure it keeps lots of stuff out of the landfills. By the time you need it, it could be up and running. :thumbsup2

Thanks Angie. We're too rural for a garage sale too. We don't even get trick or treaters on halloween. But it's a good idea to put an ad in the local paper, as long as it doesn't cost a lot. I'll have to check.

I can rent a table at a local flee market and drag it all down there, but that's too much work and I'm just not up for it. I need quick and easy.

Uggghh......despite me reminding Tyler's dad twice about me taking him during his next week with him (week after next) so we can go to Tennessee, when I reminded him a 3rd time today at pick up, he'd forgotten and already has Tyler signed up for and paid for a summer program that week. Hopefully he will be able to get his money back without too big a penalty. All these places charge a cancellation fee, but......not my problem because I reminded him twice after the original discussion, plus I posted regularly about it on FaceBook. I shouldn't be surprised though. He never remembers the regular med checks with the psychiatrist every 2-3 months and I give him a reminder before each one, never even attends school functions, I don't know whether by choice or just forgetfulness (never went to ONE SINGLE classroom party throughout all of elementary school and even missed the graduation ceremony recently). That man drives me INSANE.

OK......venting over. After all these years, I'm to the point where I don't blow up at him, because I expect it. So I just say, well, that's unfortunate that you forgot/missed [fill in the blank for each occasion], and am happy that Tyler knows at this young age that I'm the one who is always there because he often comments on how I'm always there for everything. I am getting kind of tired of doing it all, but......well, that's a mom's job I suppose.

He's a putz!!!

So weeding wasn't the right answer. I made the bees very unhappy because apparently the liked what I was pulling out. So.......I will wait a few hours until the sun goes down and it cools off so they won't be aggressive.

I'm so scared of the bees. I make John spray. They like to make a hive inside the roof of our porch out front. John gets rid of them for me. Thank all goodness.

I'm waiting until tomorrow.. It rained here today and I think I will just it dry out - squitos are not my friend...

I hate squitos too....all bugs actually.

I had a horrible experience when I was young, only about 3 years old but I can remember it vividly. I was at my grandmother's house playing in the dirt without realizing that I was sitting on an ant hill. When I realized it, I was covered in ants from head to toe....in my hair, in my ears....all over....top to bottom. I let out a bloody scream like someone was killing me and my grandmother ran out with a pot full of warm water and poured it over my head. She saved the day. They all flushed right off of me with the water. Thank goodness. But to this day I can't stand anything crawling, especially on me.

OMG that's just way too funny......I'm laughing so hard. hahaha.

It is free in our newspaper and there is a whole section in the want ads, just like lost and found. I'm thinking you might approach the newspaper to add this feature to every issue as a "green" contribution to the community. I could send you a sample from ours, or you might be able to see it online....www.Missoulian dot com

Not possible because he lives in Vegas. Too far away. Plus he's way too young. Only possibility is a friend to chat with. :thumbsup2

Oh Deb! That gives me the shivers just reading about it!!!! :scared:

:rotfl2: I was too! I do believe he would have slept all night, but the teenage neighbor girl came over and the doorbell woke him. I told him he could go to bed and go back to sleep but he was craving a snack, then he was up. So when she left, we played a Wii game, then went out to do some weeding. Well, I was weeding, he was only annoying me by spraying me with the hose, and kicking over my bag of pulled weeds, the little turd! I would have enjoyed the spraying if it was hot, but it was just irritating me.

The reason the neighbor girl came over was to ask if she could mow because she's going to Cedar Point Wednesday and needs to hurry and make money. It's not long enough to mow, but I told her I'd need her to mow while we're gone, so I paid her in advance. And then she asked what we're doing with the cat while we're gone, looking for another paying job. That worked out though because I'd forgotten to figure out what to do with him anyway, so she made some more money today. :thumbsup2

4 more days left of my 2 weeks without my co-worker Jan! I'm in the home stretch now! And I'll have a temp the next 3 days to help. Sometimes a temp is more of a burden than a help, but we've requested the same woman for about 3 years now, so that makes it a bit easier. She's better than some random person who's never done our stuff.

And then........VACATION! Leaving 5am Saturday!

Unfortunately, he was always fully clothed, LOL! But yes, you're right about what i need. ;) However, he DID tell me tonight that if he ever does get to MI, he knows where to find me. ;)
