I have NO desire to work today (this is happening often ). It's not that I'm swamped most days, but I know there are other things I could be doing or would prefer to be doing.

Of course, most of those other things require the paycheck that work brings in. I guess I'll stay

So after the horror that I experienced at the mall and online trying to buy the last five designer princess dolls from Disney, I got two and had three more to buy on ebay. I have gotten two out of the three now. I only have one more to go and then I have a complete set. WHEW! It was not an easy thing to do. Out of ten dolls, I will have bought four on ebay. I can just imagine how much a whole set will go for. BUT I'm not selling mine. I can't wait to get them all displayed.

Great questions Albert. I would have to say YES the Thieves do have names for their GPSes and a male or female would probably depend on the voice. Ours is Gabby.....female.....she talks A LOT!!!

Ellen sounds like she is really nice and helpful.

I call mine Monica - she's the old fashioned kind....prints out the papers to bring along. Now, if I could only get her to stop talking

We leave tomorrow....yeah!!!!

I only have the leg wrap bag and the meds bag to pack. That's it.

Then tomorrow is finances all day and then I'm ready to leave. We go after John gets home from work. He'll drive the first leg and get us past all the big cities, Philly, Baltimore, Washington DC, and then Tom can take over and John will take a nap. We're driving straight through without an overnight on the way down because Tom will share the driving with John. We should arrive in Orlando on Saturday afternoon. Right after our lunch with Lisa and Darrell. I can't wait to see everyone and it starts on Sat with them. I'm so excited!

We call our's Reginald... When my sister got it for us last Xmas I asked her if she could get us one that had the celebrity voices, but she couldn't find one with either Sean Connery or George Clooney... cause you know I'd follow them ANYWHERE!!!

We use the male British voice... he's rather polite and tells us how to get to places in proper "english"...

Well... I'm working on the latest kidney stone...

it hit last night...

spent most of today in bed swacked out on meds.

Glad Chuck is being consistent w/ the same punishment you gave Tyler.

Well, I spoke too soon in that regard as well. He also told me last night in a text that he told Tyler he was not allowed to do anything or go anywhere the rest of the week. I was impressed. Then he texted me this afternoon asking if I have a Halloween costume for Tyler that they could pick up on their way to the Scouts Halloween party tonight. I told him no and that I couldn't believe he'd take Tyler to a party today after what happened yesterday AND since he told Tyler he'd lost all privileges for the rest of the week. He asked "Do you think I should have him miss it? He woke up in a good mood this morning and I'm just a big softy." I told him Tyler should absolutely miss the party because otherwise it's like he's being rewarded for his yesterday and he's not learning about consequences for his actions, only learning that dad will still let him do fun things. I never heard back from him after that.

He does always end up doing the right thing, so fingers crossed that he stayed strong and explained to Tyler why he was missing the party.
