OH YES what a one!! I'm looking forward to the Hawaii cruise more than any other I have done so far. My favorite for all the ports was the Southern Caribbean. I have a feeling that Hawaii will top it. I can't wait!

I'm trying to get John started on doing door magnets for us for Hawaii. I have already started ordering clothes and shoes and Champagne Girls things. I'm going to order new suitcases for this run. I always do a little at a time over the course of a year before so that I can get it all done without it being one big expense. It makes sense to me.

It's a quiet weekend here. Tom's girlfriend from Pittsburgh is visiting. They went to Hershey Park for the day. Angel wanted to ripe her throat out.....literally. Tiffany is really scared to be in the house with her and I don't blame her one bit. Angel calmed down when everyone went to sleep, but she started up again when they woke up this morning. So they just left quickly. Tiff is sleeping over again tonight. I think I might have to lock Angel in a room. She has never done this before, not that it lasted so long. She liked my mother, but Ray and my brother she had to get used to and she did. But Angel does not like Tiffany. We think she's jealous coz that's her Tom.

New pictures of Lilly....my great grand daughter. Hard to imagine that since I have never had a child. Sad that she lives in Ohio and I can't be there with her. Sandi is making peace with Rachel so she sent her some pictures. It's a start. Here she is....look for the one showing her wearing little girl bling. She's definitely girly and qualifies as a champagne girl....haha.

I am now a proud owner of a Black & Decker edger/trimmer/weed waker AND a proud forster parent to a hedge trimmer!!

I did more work in the garage yesterday, re-arranged the living room furniture some, & enjoyed my shopping trip to Loews

I need to go grocery shopping today plus tackle the that I only sorted yesterday.

I had today's breakfast for dinner last night, and last night's dessert for breakfast this morning! Nice starting your day with mint chocolate chip ice cream...but I really need some real groceries!

Ok.. I wasn't going to say anything really... (Monica knows...) (I needed someone to talk to....)

But I need some major pixie dust, prayers and all that stuff...

(mom doesn't know yet... so I'm going through this alone....)

I got home on Monday and tried to get in touch with Michael when I got home...finally got a cryptic email on Wednesday that said... " i had a stroke and sat in the hospitalfor two days"... I was able to leave a message on his VM on Friday - so his phone was still clear as of then. I've emailed him... phoned him.. his VM is now full... I can't find him. I've started calling the major medical centers in NJ... and yes.. I've checked the obits...(he's not there...)

I am SOOOO scared. (reason for major headache on Friday...)

I don't know what to do...

& I'm worried sick... (and I have to pretend I'm not...)

Hi Lisa!!

I just "talked" to Michelle - she was at the lake yesterday & dealing w/ a migraine today, so that explains why she hasn't been around.

Will & I just watched the Dream sail away....seperately...while texting each other. wishing I was aboard now. Oh well...just as well, as I know the Italian Stallion is now on vacation

What do people have planned for this weekend?

Me - taking another load of books to the library, need to stop by Massage Envy to sign some paperwork, need to go to CVS for my Rx, and do . Hope to get a little more done in the garage while I'm out there doing the . That's all that's on the must do list. Not sure what else I'll do.

Lisa - what are you doing next Saturday (the 20th)?? Wanna come down & scrap?

It is hard isn't it. Medical issues make it worse I think.

My mom's cancer is probably back but we won't know for sure if it's ovarian cancer again or something else until the results come in after her surgery on August 31. They found a "2cm mass on the line that comes down from her kidney" not sure where that is exactly but that is how the doctor described it. They just don't seem to be doing anything quickly about it.

Do you who his health insurance is through? Maybe you could narrow down which hospitals take his insurance.

Also with a stroke a lot of people are transferred to rehab pretty quickly. And while the rehab center may be located in the hospital they don't always know who is in which. So that was the long way of saying check rehab centers too.

I have a feeling he may be at his sister's house but she has gotten remarried since I saw her last and I don't know her name or address to find her either.

& I'm still trying to figure out how he got online the other day...

I just hate this...

So sorry Lisa....to hear the news about your mom. My heart goes out to you and Jen and the family. Let's hope she's able to stay strong and fight it and that it goes away again for a long time. Keep us posted and I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Moms are special because you only get one.
