It sounds to me like you've all been busy too lately!

Monica, hope you enjoyed your dinner and catching up with your friend tonight

I had my visit with my in-laws before work this morning. We were all very thankful that we were able to have a visit after what happened yesterday. They were in a car accident yesterday They were sitting in their car waiting for a red light to turn green. Someone ran the red light, but was hit by a truck going through on the green light. The impact sent the car crashing into my in-laws car. My in-laws are in their mid-eighties, and were so lucky to only have some bruising and a few small cuts. They were taken to the hospital in an ambulance, but were released a few hours later. The air bags were deployed, so my MIL has a lot of soreness in her chest, but we are all so thankful they are alive. The car will be a write off. I thought my MIL would be so upset by all of this, but she was quite relaxed, and knew exactly who I was and where I worked and who my children were and who Serenity was...so it was a good visit

So I am reminded once again to be thankful for each and every day.

Wow... that's sort of like the accident I got into... I hope they are ok... I'm sure they are sore...

I am soooooooooooo happy today is Friday!!!

Tonight I'll be heading to the car dealer to buy the extended warrenty for my car. The existing warrenty expires in about 300 miles. I'm then meeting up with my friend Marlene for dinner.

Tomorrow, I will be taking the car in to my mechanic to verify that everything is ok, if not....making plans to get that stuff fixed.

Worked a little more on the swapping of rooms last night (guest bedroom<--> office/scrapbooking room). I have alot of scrap crap I hope to get this finished this weekend, but we'll have to see. I don't have any other plans other than the car place tomorrow, but not sure how long I'll be there.

What are your plans for this weekend??
